Because we lack the resources to thoroughly test all the candidates, I wanted to ask for your 2 cents and/or experiences with some of them. Long story short, we want to evaluate other products. Very often the provided solution was to reinstall the agents (and restoring the config) or deleting all backups for a VM. While the UI is slick and the IT support response-time is stellar, we've since lost a ton of time running and fixing various issues. I'm working for an MSP with about 20 Clients, and about 30 servers to backup.Ībout a year ago we onboarded a handfull of customer onto Altaro VM Backup.
